About

Hi! And welcome to my blog. I’m Hannah C. I am an avid reader; collecting more books than I have time to read in my lifetime; a writer of sorts, focusing on too many novel projects (3!) at a time; and a lover of crafting.
When I am not found entranced by a novel, I try to scrap and craft as often as I can.

I hope I can lead you all to your next favorite book; even, and hopefully, to a relatively new author to you, as well.

My favorite authors are Jane Austen, Sarah Dessen, Sylvia Plath, David Levithan, Sarah Addison Allen, Jennifer E. Smith, Anne Sexton, Simon Van Booy, and many more. I am a huge historical fiction reader, but a sucker for a good YA novel, too. When I can, and am up to it, I try to cram in a classic or two. They always get me.

Don’t forget to comment, like, and link. I look forward to hearing from all of you!

Lastly, a quote from the movie 28 Days: “Don’t ever be someone’s slogan because you are poetry”

I actually never thought about it. I guess should write some. What are you thinking you may want to submit to me?

I would submit an edited manuscript ( I can email you the blurb) that’s based on my blog. The chapters are posted on my blog or I can email you the blurb for a short description so you can see if it interests you.

The book would be released in the Fall.

Yes, send me the blurb first. My email address is hncourtright@gmail.com. I would be happy to read that first and give you my answer then. As of right now I have the time to review your manuscript. Send me an email and we can talk further.

Thanks Sheila! It needed to be changed. I want to try to get into publishing again.
